Empowering all of our employees to facilitate a non-discriminatory community of dynamic and collaborative synergy, thus enabling them to achieve collective innovations in a broader social framework of diverse lifestyles, and throughout their careers at Flignitz Corporation — this is the top priority and the all-consuming passion of our Global Vice President of Human Resources, Sheila Barntoff.
“I like to think of our employees as renewable resources of our socially responsible and sustainable enterprise,” says Ms. Barntoff.
Flignitz CEO, Fred Sedwright, gave a preview of the award-winning Next People Initiative to qualified proxy delegates at the annual shareholders meeting in Palm Beach, Florida last spring.
“Our purpose with [the initiative] is to elevate the conceptual heuristic embodied in traditional methodologies in the field of Human Resources, from abstract ideation to concrete visualization, through every paradigm of the organizational narrative management, with a broadbased and cognizant euphemism as perceived by the panoply of our stakeholders.”
Ms Barntoff added, “In a current state of economic uncertainty and transient intransigence, coupled with a steady flow of disruptive innovations in the product ecosystem, and of course, the invariable evolution of our long-term business models, we know that the old ways of dealing with traditional labor market dynamics are no longer sufficient for the agile enterprise.”
The Next People preview ended with a 25-minute infographic slideshow, which might have been somewhat less inspiring, if it were not augmented with harshly over-amplified Techno music and a scintillating laser light show, complete with fog machines.
