CONSUMER ALERT: Several consumers in the US have reported various degrees of dissatisfaction (or other unspecified complaint) with certain bread-like snack food wafers, including Flignitz™ Organic Bog™ brand All-Natural Soy Pumpernickel Toastette Crackers, which are typically sold from vending machines in 4.8oz (136g) bags. Some consumers have expressed specific concern with the apparent presence of clear-to-brownish colored “crystalline chunks” (often described as bitter tasting) in the snack wafers.

Upon investigation by independent testing laboratories, samples of the purported crystalline material were determined to be various vinegar-related precipitates, which may have resulted from an incorrect formulation of our delicious and proprietary, artificial (yet all-natural) Worcestershire-style flavoring extract, which may be used in a wide variety of products manufactured by Flignitz Fine Foods Snack Division, including Flignitz™ Organic Bog™ snack foods that are packaged in convenient sizes.

In accordance with our standard Organic Bog™ snack food warranty, consumers may return any unconsumed portion of the Organic Bog™ product, post-paid in original retail packaging, for a full refund of the purchase price and/or replacement of the same or similar item, at our sole discretion.

CONSUMER ALERT: Several consumers in the US, Canada, and Mexico have reported sudden breakout of hives and/or mysterious rashes, some of which are claimed to have occurred after using Flignitz™ Grout Stain Remover & Body Lotion.

All reported incidents are currently under investigation by various medical authorities and independent medical consultants engaged by Flignitz Corporation at this time.

Please note that Flignitz Corporation stands firmly behind all of its fine products, and we firmly believe that Flignitz™ Grout Stain Remover & Body Lotion is a safe and effective product, when used properly, and according to specific directions printed in the 86-page, multi-lingual and lavishly illustrated Product Datasheet and User Instructions that are conveniently attached to each retail container.

However, and only as an unusual and extraordinary precaution, Flignitz Corporation advises any consumer who may be or may become pregnant, or with a history of mental illness (including depression, schizophrenia, or psychotic narcissism) or frequent and uncontrollable urges to urinate in public, or who has experienced outbursts of socially inappropriate laughter or flatulence, or who currently has hemorrhoids, gout, diarrhea, asthma, high blood pressure, heart palpitations or irregular heartbeat, migraine or other headaches, dizziness, seizures, vomiting, unexplained pelvic discomfort, hallucinations, excessive earwax or sebacious secretions, or suspected diagnosis of Ebola, to immediately discontinue use of Flignitz™ Grout Stain Remover & Body Lotion until further notice, unless advised otherwise by a physician or qualified health care practitioner.

CONSUMER ALERT: Several consumers in the US and Canada have reported various degrees of dissatisfaction (or other unspecified complaint) with the apparent quality of products that purported to be either Genuine Flignitz™ Freeze-Dried Stoats, or products that purported to include or to be derived from unspecified or unknown extracts of Genuine Flignitz™ Freeze-Dried Stoats.

Upon investigation by various government inspectors, the products in question were determined not to be Genuine Flignitz™ Freeze-Dried Stoats.

Evidence provided by an independent testing laboratory now suggests that all such unsatisfying products may actually be sourced from uncertified manufacturers (mostly located in Southeast Asia), which are known to have previously imported various counterfeit products that contain a variety of substances commonly described or referred to as “simulated freeze-dried stoats” or “artificial freeze-dried stoats.”
