CONSUMER ALERT: Several consumers in the US have reported various degrees of dissatisfaction (or other unspecified complaint) with certain bread-like snack food wafers, including Flignitz™ Organic Bog™ brand All-Natural Soy Pumpernickel Toastette Crackers, which are typically sold from vending machines in 4.8oz (136g) bags. Some consumers have expressed specific concern with the apparent presence of clear-to-brownish colored “crystalline chunks” (often described as bitter tasting) in the snack wafers.

Upon investigation by independent testing laboratories, samples of the purported crystalline material were determined to be various vinegar-related precipitates, which may have resulted from an incorrect formulation of our delicious and proprietary, artificial (yet all-natural) Worcestershire-style flavoring extract, which may be used in a wide variety of products manufactured by Flignitz Fine Foods Snack Division, including Flignitz™ Organic Bog™ snack foods that are packaged in convenient sizes.

In accordance with our standard Organic Bog™ snack food warranty, consumers may return any unconsumed portion of the Organic Bog™ product, post-paid in original retail packaging, for a full refund of the purchase price and/or replacement of the same or similar item, at our sole discretion.
